The FAO Treaty and Farmers’ Rights

Sep 8, 2021 | EU Seed Policy & Law

Next September 30th at the Seed Policy Dialogue #5 we will have as guests the FAO Treaty Secretariat. After an explanation of the Treaty, we will specifically dialogue about the implementation of Farmers' Rights and the impact of interest at the European level.

Opening the meeting Fulya Batur will do the usual “Sprouts from Brussels newsletter recap with current issues related to seeds and biodiversity in policy and legislation.

Time will be left for questions and curiosity from attendees after the in-depth discussion of Farmers’ Rights.

The webinar will be in English and French and will then be available on ECLLD’s YouTube channel with the registrations of the pasts Dialogues.
