Final report of the European Grain Festival 2026, held on 25-26 June 2026 at Kalø Økologiske Landbrugsskole (Denmark) as the 5th Let’s Cultivate Diversity! Forum of EC-LLD and organised by Landsorten. The report records about 386 participants from 21 countries, more than 50 speakers, four programme tracks (Science, Agronomy & Breeding; Gastronomy, History & Nutrition; Seeds, Systems & Policy; Practical Cooking Workshops), a demonstration field with more than 200 cereal varieties and an art and cultural programme.
