High-performance seeds used in the food industry and monoculture are a threat to the diversity of our fruit, vegetable and cereal varieties. In 100 years, we have lost 80% of cultivated species! To the great displeasure of farmers, horticulturists and scientists, who are committed to preserving biodiversity, and therefore seeds, the basis of our food supply.
