4 years after Rete Semi Rurali organized the Second meeting of the European exchange of knowledge and practices on the cultivation and processing of cereals, 12nd 15th June 2013 on the farm of Rosario e Giovanni Floriddia, near to Peccioli (PI), in Italy.
During the three-day over 250 farmers, bakers and researchers from 10 countries share their knowledge and practices on the processing of cereals. The knowledge of craftsmen bakers and pasta makers in Europe and the Mediterranean were the ingredients of a comparison of recipes for the preparation of bread and pasta. In those days it was ripe a field-catalog with wide range of varieties of cereals – over 150 parcels – produced by farmers who participate in the event or in on-farm research programs.
