Judit Fehér

Judit Fehér is a researcher and international representative at KVANN – Norwegian Seed Savers, and a senior adviser at NIBIO, the Norwegian Institute of Bioeconomy Research. Her work focuses on agrobiodiversity, landraces, organic participatory breeding, living labs and science-policy dialogue. She has coordinated and contributed to several European research and innovation projects on organic seed systems, agroecology and crop diversity, including LIVESEEDING, DIVERSIFOOD, LIVESEED, ALL-Ready and OrganicTargets4EU. Judit co-founded and led Magház, a Hungarian civil network for agrobiodiversity, where she worked on seed saving, variety maintenance and on-farm and ex situ collections of traditional crop varieties. Within ECLLD, she contributes to EU-level advocacy on plant genetic resources, conservation and sustainable use.
