TASTING – Viva la Pasta: Discover Traditional Italian Wheat Varieties and Organic Heterogeneous Materials

Viva la Pasta is a project born from the alliance of several Tuscan farms that, building on the recognition gained at the European level through their work with “resilient cereals”, are stepping forward once again to share innovative ideas and practices. Their aim is to promote conscious access to food that is healthy, nutritious, environmentally friendly, and rooted in participatory relationships—from seed selection to the plate.

The LLD Forum in September will host the project’s public appearance—an opportunity to meet the public through talks and dedicated tastings, and to welcome other producers who share the values behind what we call “gentil pasta“.
