| Please feel free to forward this open call to others who may be interested in attending and contributing to the event. The workshop will be very interactive. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences with innovative projects, initiatives and stakeholders along the value chain (“from farm to fork”) working on organic farming and conversion issues across Europe. It will also allow to discuss research needs in the field of organic farming and conversion. We are looking for participants from the following target groups: farmers in conversion or considering converting, organic farmers, advisors, researchers, representatives from organic farmers’ associations, cooperatives, control bodies, chambers of agriculture, local authorities, industry, processors, retailers, consumer organisations, other public, private and managing bodies, and agricultural journalists. The number of participants will be limited. Therefore, it will not be possible to accommodate all requests for participation. The organisers will assess the applications received and will confirm the attendance of those who will be selected. If required, travel and accommodation (hotel) costs for selected participants may be covered by the European Commission. Please do not make any reservation in the meantime. Further information about these arrangements will be shared with selected participants at a later stage. For any questions, please contact workshop@eip-agri.eu |
