The association Semínkovna is dedicated to education regarding home seed production, natural gardening and the protection of biodiversity of locally adapted varieties of garden crops. Its mission is mainly the education of children, youth and adults. In the Czech Republic, it covers the network of seed libraries – Semínkovny and the civic initiative Semínkovna. It promotes free access to seed and the possibility of building self-sufficiency thanks to the preservation of non-hybrid seed.
