Addressing the Loss of Biodiversity in the Alpine Region: Exchange on Implementation of National, European and Global Biodiversity Strategies
While the agenda is yet to finalise, the event is expected to consist of two main parts:
- National biodiversity strategies and action plans during which the Member States will present the state of the art of the NBSAPs and then jointly identify common challenges and opportunities
- Coordination of efforts in the field of biodiversity a panel discussion on methods and instruments for the implementation of the European and global biodiversity targets and strategies followed by a discussion on transboundary cooperation
