Who decides in Europe for Farmers, Nature, Consumers?

This interactive Zoom webinar is the first of a series on participatory democracy in Europe organised by the Power to the People Group* under the header “Building a ‘Digital European Public Sphere’ Participatory democracy in the EU: current challenges and future perspectives”

This webinar aims to delve into the current situation in the European Union where farmers’ protests are highlighting a certain unease and political powerlessness, even as consensus is missing on what exactly needs to change. The organisers want to shed light on EU decision making processes as they are and propose ways in which they can be improved.

Simultaneous interpretation is provided for English, German, Italian and French.
