I graduated in 2011 in Tropical Agricultural Sciences doing a research thesis in the Desert of Atacama, Chile .
In 2014 I finished my university course with a master's degree in Agricultural Science and Technology from the University of Florence. During the course i get interested in all the issues concerning organic farming and, as master-thesis, I spent one year at the Swiss Research Institute for Organic Farming (FiBL, Frick-CH). The thesis examines the comparison between organic and biodynamic viticulture in 4 different Swiss companies.
After graduating, I did a post-graduate internship with a research theme at Avignonesi, a biodynamic company in Tuscany.
Since January 2018 I have been collaborating with the Rete Semi Rurali within the European Coordination Let's Liberate Diversity, for which I perform the Secretariat function, specifically following the Dynaversity project.
In the small family land I also produce some oil, wine and vinsanto.
